The Role:
Sales And Business Development Manager
The position requires an experienced sales and administration gun with a strong, customer service drive to win new business and grow the existing clientele’s sales.
At Specialty Balloon Printers you will be part of a small team that sells, manufactures and distributes screen-printed latex balloons and other promotional products within Australia and New Zealand. We have worked extremely hard over the last few years and are now in the position where corporate repeat business and client referrals make up a large part of our business. We have achieved this by providing each and every client with superior service, quality, innovative products and great value for money. We are small enough to offer the flexibility our clients require but big enough to have administration and other business systems in place.
A typical day for you would include:
- Customer Sales: preparing quotes, following up and winning quotes. Answering and responding to incoming calls and liasioning with customers via email, phone and face-to-face.
- Customer Relations: coordinating and caring for our corporate and long-term repeat customers.
- Utilising CRM and Stock Inventory System to coordinate sales and deliverables for our customers, suppliers and production.
- Overseeing the sales and dispatching of goods to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
- Liaise with marketing to organize and achieve promotional campaigns and their goals.
- Driving the marketing campaigns with your can do approach.
- Leading the sales team in to new sales arenas and creating new customer lead and new customers.
- General administrative duties: including ordering, emailing, filing, etc.
- High level of written and verbal communication and scholastic skills
- Marketing flare would be beneficial.
